For my Visual Communication 3 class, I designed this magazine for my final project. The magazine includes an article, which is a real life article “Body Dysmorphia”. It is related with people who are addicted with social media filters and want to look like them in real life. The tittle is made from the words Cosmetics and Social media, which is equals to COSMEDIA. The cover image represents the idea of modern, beauty, and social media. The models pictures incorporates the filters that relate to theme of the article and magazine. For this project, I was asked to create a cover page, content page, opening spread and continuation spread. All the images were edited in photoshop and the final pages and spreads were made in Indesign. Everyone who loves modern beauty and technology, ages 16 and above are welcome to read and enjoy the magazine. The magazine will include articles related to social media, women’s lifestyle, modern world, technology, and cosmetics. The magazine is a 9 by 12 size and it is a monthly subscription.
